This is a two-day workshop held from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday (November 14th and 15th 2026). The cost is $400, and the class will take place in the Financial District of Manhattan, NYC or in Brooklyn depending on size of the class.

The Reiki Level 1 class is a gentle introduction to traditional Usui Shiki Ryōhō Reiki, a Japanese healing practice that supports balance, self-awareness, and connection through life force energy.

In this class, you’ll receive:

• Reiki 1 attunements

• Foundational Reiki teachings

• Hands-on healing techniques

• Self-treatment practices

• Practicing Reiki on others

• Reiki history and philosophy

You don’t need any special abilities or prior experience to learn Reiki. It’s a gentle hands-on practice that anyone can explore with an open mind, heart, and willingness to learn. I like to keep the class small so that each person gets as much guidance as they need in class. If you’ve been curious about energy healing, this could be the perfect place to start!

Please fill out the following form to register for the course and share any information that will help me prepare for our time together. An invoice will be sent out to you after I receive and review your form.
